Summer is right around the corner and am ready to start prepping! And that means I’ve been using my LSF App and nutrition plans a TON.

When I set out to design a workout app for women, I really thought about all the things I’d want in an app as a personal trainer and someone who has totally struggled with motivation. I put a lot of love and care into our app. And I’m proud to announce that our baby is turning 2!

In fact, we’ve built a whole goal tracking journal in the app for you.
