At the end of the challenge we will email you a Spring Slim Down Giveaway submission form to fill out! It will have a couple questions for you to answer and a video submission where you can share your Spring Slim Down experience.

*Um…what’s a roll call? The LSF Roll Calls are small challenges for you to complete each day. For example, “Write down 2 things you are proud of yourself for somewhere you’ll see it everyday!” You can find the roll calls on the main dashboard inside LSF the App!
