Lots of Love Day 5: Empowered Women Empower Women

Did yesterday feel good or WHAT? I mean, when was the last time you sat down and thought about what lifts you up and fills your cup? For me, writing those things down made me realize I want to do more of them. And that has me pumped up to get more active in my self love journey!

But what I’ve noticed in this or any other challenge is that things come in waves. I’ll have all this energy and make all this progress. But then I get tired or distracted or it gets hard and I feel discouraged. 

At that point, it’s difficult to keep going. And that’s why I’m so reliant on my #LSF community! Seriously, it’s about a million times easier to stay the course when you have women around you cheering you on!

And, girl, you definitely do. If you’re not plugged in with us on Instagram, it’s time. We’ve got a whole bunch of amazing women doing amazing things — and rooting each other on every step of the way!

It’s time to spread the love

So as you do your affirmation mad lib and empower yourself today, I want to challenge you to spread some of that love around. Seriously, it’s a lot easier to love yourself when someone else just told you how awesome you are, right? 

The task I’m giving you today is to think of four women in the LSF community who motivate and inspire you. Because empowered women empower women!

Don’t just keep this thing to yourself, girl. Give these other women the kudos they deserve by tagging them and let’s start motivating women. Heck, you could even DM them or text them to let them know how they’ve inspired you. Hearing that stuff from another woman will definitely put a smile on their face!

Let’s spread love in our community. With these kudos going around, we’ll make it a whole lot easier for all of us to love ourselves!
