Yesterday was Halloween and what a fun holiday it was! Fun… but packed with sugar. All of the candy and Halloween cocktails are making us feel a little blech. It’s time to reset so we’re doing the 7 day slim down for the next 7 days to detox and get our bodies fresh for the holidays! It’s a new month so we’re starting November fresh and reset!
