In short, lifestyle diseases are all about unhealthy diets, junk food, sedentary lifestyles, smoking, and drinking.

Lifestyle diseases in India include Alzheimer’s disease, atherosclerosis, asthma, cancer, chronic liver disease or cirrhosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, metabolic syndrome, chronic renal failure, osteoporosis, stroke, depression, and obesity.

Let’s talk about lifestyle diseases in India from which most of us suffer. Sometimes we choose to ignore them! These are body aches (all kind of aches after sitting in the office for long hours or headache due to stress etc etc etc), depression, vitamin D deficiency, hypertension, diabetes, heart issues, Blood pressure, high cholesterol, Obesity … Phew! I am tired listing more!
