It is believed that there is no need to worry about sugar that is present in fruits. This is because they are natural. The extent to which they can be included on your diet depends on the type of eating plan followed by you. There are some fruits that have high amount of natural sugar that can pose a problem for those who have high blood sugar. It is important for a person to keep a note of its carbohydrates and sugar intake, and should know what can and what cannot be consumed.

Watermelons are like a treat in the summers. They are very low in sugar . One cup of diced watermelon has less than 10 grams of sugar. It is also a source of high amount of iron.
- AVOCADO
Indeed, Avocado is a fruit, which not many people know, which is very low in sugar. One raw Avocado has only 1 gram of sugar. It contains lots of healthy fats, which help keep one satiated.
