Cold milk is more of a magic potion! It helps in relieving acidity and the burning sensation associated with it. Additionally, the high calcium content prevents the build-up of acid and helps in the absorption of any excess acid. This reduces the symptoms of acidity. Also, milk has a lot of electrolytes that help in fighting dehydration. Consuming cold milk in the morning helps in keeping you well hydrated during the day. However, it is best to avoid it before going to bed as it can cause digestive issues. There is another benefit of cold milk but this one is external, you can use it as a natural cleanser for your face.

Which one is better – hot milk or cold milk?

Milk is a superfood and a part of the diet for most people. You can consume it the way you want it – hot or cold! Both have their own benefits to offer. It would be better if you drink it according to the climate so that you can make most of the goodness. Also, remember that if you are lactose intolerant, you should not consume milk as it will cause side effects.
